11 am: banana protein drink [1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 banana, 1/4 Tsp french vanilla extract, 1/3 cup cottage cheese]
-2 rice cakes with peanut butter and 1/2 banana

1 pm: pumpkin spice pancakes, 1 cup broccoli
4 pm: 4-5 oz sweet potato, 1c steamed broccoli, 3.5-4 oz- chicken, 1/2 cup green beans
6 pm: apple chicken quesadilla, 1 cup green beans
9 pm: protein shake with cottage cheese
