Day 121- Poker face workout (beating personal best)

Meal 1: (7:30 AM - BREAKFAST)
Pepperoni and cheese on Ezekiel toast
1 cup liquid egg whites
7 pepperoni slices
1 slice of laughing cow cheese

Post workout: (10:15 AM) 
Freeze snack ***
Oven baked cherry pancake
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 Splenda or stevia packet

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/4 cup egg white

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 10 cherries, sliced in half and pitted

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Mix protein powder, flour, baking powder and sweetener in a bowl until evenly mixed. 
  3. Add milk, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended. Set aside. 

  4. Coat 8 inch or 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add coconut oil and cherries. 

  5. Put in preheated oven for approximately 2 minutes until oil is melted and slightly browned.
  6. Carefully remove pan from oven using mitt and pour the batter over the top of the cherries. 

  7. Put back in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the entire pancake is puffy, golden brown, and crisp around the edges. Enjoy!
 
Meal 3: (1:00- LUNCH)
4 oz. Grilled cinnamon and splenda chicken
4 oz. sweet potato with chocolate Walden sauce
6 asparagus spears grilled in balsamic
1 package of baby carrots


Meal 3: (3:00 PM) 
Vanilla cupcake mousse
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 splenda
  • 8 vanilla cupcake capella drops
  • 1 tablespoon soy nuts

Directions:

Meal 4: (6:00 PM - DINNER) 
Jamie Eason zucchini turkey burger with 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
1 cup boiled green beans



Meal 5: (9:00 PM)
Peanut Brittle Protein Shake


Ingredients:


1 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry)

1 tbsp pb2
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup almond milk
3-6 ice cubes



Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender, whip, and serve. I like to use chunky peanut peanut butter and add it last so that it it stays chunky (like peanut brittle) but it tastes just as good with a smoother consistency

 Set your timer for 2 intervals - 10 seconds and 50 seconds x 20 rounds
