6am: 1 egg white, 1 egg yolk, 4 chopped baby carrots, handful of red onion, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 turmeric powder, pinch of salt, spinach protein shake
-1 cup spinach, 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup water, 2 splenda packets

10:00 am: 1 turkey meat loaf, 1 cup green beans, 2 cups coffee

12:00 pm: baked oatmeal custard with banana and blueberry

2:00 pm: 3-4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1/4 cup green beans

4:00 pm: 2 carrot cake bars, 1/2 cup orange and herb tea, protein shake
(1 scoop vanilla, 1/2 rest of cup of orange herb tea, 2 spoons of pumpkin, 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice, 2 splenda packets)

6:00 pm: 1 turkey meat loaf, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup pumpkin protein shake

9 pm: protein shake
(-1 scoop whey, 6 ice cubes, 2 spoons of cottage cheese, 1tbs vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice)
