7:30: Egg omelet with tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms and 1c of plain oatmeal with skim milk, 2 strawberries, 3 melon slices, 1 tablespoon of mixed raisins/dry cranberries along with walnuts
10:00: 4 protein bars
1:00: Subway 6" on wheat with turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, bell peppers, and olives
6:30: Bob Evan's 4 ounces of salmon with 1c of broccoli and a side salad
