No workout

Daytona Beach resort; gym workout

5:30- Rice cake
 

6:30- 4 egg whites with 1/2 can albacore tuna and mustard, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 apple and 8 almonds
 

9:30- Rice cake with tuna and mustard, mint chocolate chip protein shake
 

2:00- 5 oz chicken, microwaveable sweet potato with yogurt, 1 cup steamed broccoli
 

5:30- 5 oz chicken, 3 egg whites with bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and 2 tb yogurt
 

8:30- Mint chocolate chip protein shake with 1 tb peanut butter
