No Workout

No workout for this day;


6:30- 4 egg whites with bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots; 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 apple
 

11:30- Denny's spinach mushroom omelet with steamed broccoli
 

2:30- 3 oz chicken, 1 sweet potato, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
 

7:30- Bubba Gump's 1 steamed crab legs, 1/2 trout, 1 cup steamed broccoli
