No Workout

6 a.m. - 5 egg whites with spinach and tomatoes and 1/3 cup oatmeal
9 a.m. - 5 egg whites with four slices of green bell pepper and 1/2 grapefruit
12 p.m. - 4 oz. to 5 oz. of homemade turkey meatloaf and a cup of greens
3 p.m. - 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese topped with wheat germ and a few almonds with 1/2 grapefruit
6 p.m. - Homemade turkey chili with beans over a cup of spaghetti squash
9 p.m. - 5 egg whites with 1/2 cup chopped zucchini and 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter


Turkey chili with beans with spaghetti squash
Ingredients:
-1 spaghetti squash (cut lengthwise, placed in 1/4 c of water in baking dish, microwaved for 8 min pulp side down–pulled apart into ‘spaghetti’ with a fork after cooking)
-1 can ‘no salt added’ diced tomatoes
-1/2 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
-herbs/spices to taste: pepper, salt, oregano, parsley, basil, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper (spicy!)
-Optional: add 1/2 chopped onion and 1/2 chopped green or red bell pepper to ground turkey
Directions:
Brown the turkey and add tomatoes and spices, then ladle the sauce into the squash halves and serve!!
