Instructions:
Set your timer as a stop watch and try to go through all 10 rounds. I made it through in 20 minutes and 4 seconds, but I have to say that it was not easy at all. This workout is a complete burn out so if you notice half way through that you can’t keep proper form, switch into the beginner mode and use the easier variations for the exercises. If you are a beginner, you might not be able to complete all 10 rounds, which is ok – just do your best and complete as many rounds as you can.
