We have done rep challenges before, but never anything as crazy as this! This workout is comprised of 10 exercises x 10 reps x 10 rounds. This is the mount Everest of BodyRock rep routines so make sure you are ready to hit it hard. Set your interval timer as a stop watch and get ready to move through all 10 rounds of this nightmare as quickly as you can push yourself while keeping proper form. The workout breaks down like this:
10 Burpees
10 Squat Jumps with the Sandbag.
10 Push Ups
10 Toe Touch Sit Ups
10 Dips using the Dip Station (or Bodyweight alternative – see the video)
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Plank Jax
10 Split Lunges
10 Leg Drops
10 Squat Thrusts

Move through this circuit 10 times at your max effort and you are done – or should I say wiped out?
