Instructions:
Set your interval timer for 18 rounds of 10/30 seconds intervals. This workout is only 12 minutes long so make sure to push hard through the circuit. There are 6 exercises in the circuit and you will go through them 3 times. Your goal is to complete as many reps as you can during each 30 second interval.
